Welcome to BCNSC

The BCNSC meets on the second Wednesday of the month, September through May, at 7:30 p.m., in the Lumberton Leas Community Building, 180 Woodside Drive (off Creek Road, Rte. 640), Lumberton Leas, Lumberton, New Jersey. Guests are welcome.

Note: beginning in November, meetings will begin at 7 p.m.

To encourage the experience and appreciation of the natural sciences.

To foster bird identification and the study of bird ecology through programs, field trips and reports.

To monitor environmental issues in the county, state and nation to keep informed on actions that might endanger our natural resources.

To take public positions on environmental matters.

To inform and educate the broader public on environmental issues.

To help protect and preserve the Pinelands National Reserve of which Burlington County is an important part.
